In our "go-go-go" society, it can seem counter-productive to stop and take a nap.
However, a 10 or 20 minute nap can replenish your energy. When you feel tired or sleepy during the day, drink some water and then lay down for a short nap. You can set a timer for 10 or 20 minutes if you're afraid you'll oversleep.
Give yourself permission to pause and take a nap. Your body and your mind will be grateful and you'll have more energy to face the next item on your to-do list.
