We tend to look outside of ourselves for energy... whether we find it in food, rest, exercise, adrenalin-producing activities, interactions with other people, etc.
Everything alive needs energy to live. However, we can self-energize. Our best sources of energy come from within... in our breath, our thoughts, and our spirit.
We rob ourselves of energy when we breathe shallowly, think negatively, and fail to connect with our inner guidance. These inner sources are our most potent sources of vital energy.
