Our emotions affect us in many ways. They of course affect how we feel emotionally, but they also affect us physically. Our energy level, our posture, and even our health can be affected by our emotions.
We can become tired simply because we are carrying loads of anger, judgments, resentments, or fear. These emotions are an active drain on our energy and can lead to exhaustion and illness.
The best way out of this predicament is to pay attention to what our body is saying as well as what our emotions are telling us. Learning to listen to our whole self is a learned attitude and behavior.
