Sometimes it seems as if we are trapped in this maze of fears. But we are not trapped. There are ways out of the maze once we learn the ropes.
Sadly, the Covid pandemic has been a rough ride for lots of people. At some point, the ride will be over, and we will be on to the next phase, hopefully gleaning lessons from the experience that will make the next phase better.
Fear feels crappy. There is no way around that. But most of us don't respond to our fear in a logical way. Anytime we bump up against long-held beliefs that no longer serve us and need to be released, which is what is being accelerated individually and collectively during this time...
