The focus for today is: I deserve all the good that Life has to offer.
Self-esteem is at the basis of creating a life we are pleased with. If we don't think we deserve good things or good experiences, we will somehow reject them or sabotage ourselves when those good things are headed our way.
Thus the first step in creating the life we desire is to start by accepting that we deserve "good" coming to us. So we start, where we always have to start... with ourselves. We pay attention to how we talk about ourselves to ourselves (internal chatter) and also how we talk about ourselves to others. Are we constantly saying things, like "I'm such an idiot", or some other demeaning comments?
If so, it's time to houseclean our mind and start planting new thoughts of love and acceptance to boost our self-esteem and thus boost the strength of the magnet with which we attract good experiences and a good life.
