The focus for today is: I picture the future being positive and wonderful.
The human brain has been compared to a computer. It can be programmed, and it actually has been since the time we were born -- and probably in utero as well. We've been programmed to behave certain ways, to expect certain things, and to have certain beliefs.
The good news is that if we've been programmed, we can "deprogram" ourselves and create an upgrade or a "new and improved" version of the program. We are not stuck with what we currently have running around in our brain.
We can reprogram using visualizations, affirmations, awareness, and sometimes simply by choosing love and joy. We are in charge of our mind and we can picture the future as being positive and wonderful.
