The focus for today is: I choose acceptance, happiness, and serenity.
When we think of greed, we usually think about money and material possessions. However, greed can apply to so many things in our life.
Greed can translate into over-consumption... And this of course applies to food, but also applies to other things such as technology, clothes, sex, Facebook friends and likes, success, relationships, and even spirituality. We can be greedy in anything we do or have.
And as with everything, we always have a choice. We can choose addiction, grasping for more, and endless suffering as we experience a belief in "not enough", or we can choose acceptance of what is, happiness with what is, and serenity about what is.
