The focus for today is: I learn to be comfortable and relax.
Stress is a major health problem... physically, emotionally, spiritually. Yet we can learn to let go of stress, or let it pass us by, rather than grabbing on to it and hanging on for dear life.
We can choose to relax even if everything on our to-do list isn't done, even if things around us seem to be falling apart, even if life is uncomfortable. We can take a deep breath, and remember that we can only do the best we can do, and that worrying about the outcome only hurts us... and the others around us as well.
So we learn to be comfortable with the mess, with the stress, with even the trauma, and remember that "this too shall pass". Then take a deep breath, and let go, right here, and right now.
